Services

Boards of directors require legal services which are varied. Not only must a community association attorney deliver superb legal representation in collecting assessments, analyzing contracts, interpreting and drafting documents, but the attorney must also be capable of advising boards regarding matters of real property, covenant enforcement, insurance and litigation. Associations need an attorney who can provide practical legal advice which aids board members in the successful management and governance of their community associations.

K&M represents hundreds of condominium and homeowner association boards of directors throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, ranging from very small in size to large master planned communities. We are educators, problem solvers and advocates for our association clients, and we welcome the opportunity to meet with new boards of directors.
