Clifford B.T. Garrett

Clifford joined the firm in 2024 and has been representing community associations since 2018. He is primarily responsible for representing the firm’s community association clients in the collection of unpaid assessments. This includes being involved in all aspects of eviction matters initiated by our clients and protecting the interests of community associations when unit owners are involved in a foreclosure or file for bankruptcy protection.  Clifford has experience in handling bench trials in various courtrooms in the Chicagoland area. He has also participated in mediations over the years.  In addition to his experience in the eviction related matters, Clifford has experience in code violation matters. Clifford also provides assistance to the attorneys of Keough & Moody, in various capacities.

Clifford received his undergraduate degree in political science from Bradley University in 2009. Clifford then obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Western Michigan University – Cooley School of Law in 2013 and was a Dean’s List recipient.

He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and Chicago Bar Association. Clifford is licensed to practice law in Illinois and the United States District Court of the Northern District of Illinois.
