Our attorneys have years of experience in advising boards of directors regarding their responsibilities and the liability associated with making decisions for nonprofit organizations. The services we provide our clients include entity formation, preparation of documentation including bylaws, contracts, leases and resolutions, and counseling related to employment, real estate, and risk management matters.
