Shannon V. Schwarzwalder

Areas of Practice

Shannon V. Schwarzwalder joined Keough & Moody, P.C. in 1996.  Since obtaining her law license, Shannon has concentrated on the representation of community associations in the area of collection of unpaid community association assessments, foreclosures, and bankruptcies.  Shannon has been primarily responsible for the firm’s corporate transactional work as it relates to the Illinois Secretary of State’s office.

Education and Admissions

Shannon graduated from North Central College with a paralegal certificate in 1997, a bachelor’s degree in organizational communications in 2001, and a master’s degree in leadership studies in 2006.  Shannon then obtained her J.D. from the Mitchell-Hamline School of Law in 2022.

Industry Involvement

Shannon has been involved in CAI-Illinois’ Chapter.  She is a past co-chair of the Golf Committee, former CAI Rising Star Award recipient, and current member of the Political Action Committee.   Shannon is also a CAI Educated Business Partner.
